Winter 5-on-5 League

Gheorghe Muresan's 5v5 Winter basketball league (Co-Ed). This league emphasizes fundamental skill development while creating a fun team play environment.

This Winter season we are offering a 5v5 league in Aldie/Ashburn!

Our Winter League is an eight week program that guarantees eight one hour practices. The regular season is a minimum of seven games followed with an end of season play-off tournament.

In order to ensure a well balanced team play experience, there will be an evaluation day January 3rd. This is where we take a look at the kids from an athletic and skill perspective so we can create well balanced teams.

Teams will be made a week before the first practice week and sent out to parents.

Practices are one day a week. They vary any day from Monday - Thursday, 6 PM - 7PM or 7PM - 8PM.

Practice locations for this Winter Season: Creighton's Corner ES, Arcola ES, Hillside ES and Legacy ES.

Games will be played at Legacy ES and Creighton's Corner ES on Saturdays!

Evaluation Day - January 3rd

First Practice Week - January 12th

First Gameday - January 24th

Last Gameday - March 7th

Age Groups: 6-8, 8-10, and 10-12
